What happens after I get in touch?
We reply within one business day to arrange a short call or WhatsApp conversation — usually 20 to 30 minutes. We'll ask what you're trying to achieve, your timeline and your budget range. If it's a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed price. There's no obligation at any point.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We don't charge for scoping conversations, and there's no pressure at the end of one. Sometimes the useful outcome is us telling you the project isn't worth doing.
What information helps most in a first message?
What you're trying to achieve, anything already in place we'd be working with, when you need it, and a rough budget range. Even approximate answers let us respond usefully instead of asking five follow-up questions.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes, regularly. We're in the Eastern time zone and keep a few hours of overlap with wherever you are. Payment in USD by bank transfer or card.
