Services and quotes
Service descriptions on this site are indicative. Work is performed under a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, timeline and deliverables for your specific project. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.
Intellectual property
The TrueLogic Cloud name, logo, site design and content belong to us. On client projects, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the project agreement — typically in full on final payment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for engaged services is set out in the relevant project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
